First up is 2007 Edinburgh Comedy Award winning stand-up icon Brendon Burns, in a two-man show with top comic Craig Quartermaine. From the directors of So I Suppose This is Offensive Now. No-filter white Aussie Burns and charming ball of rage Quartermaine are the first double act of their kind in history… that’s right: in history… ever. Relax. They’re here to help. ‘Race Off is a once in a lifetime show that if you miss, you may never forgive yourself’ ***** (Australia Times). ‘The comic who gave the Fringe So I Suppose This is Offensive Now has pretty much done it again’ **** (Kate Copstick, Scotsman).
Your second act is comedy hypnotist Ben Dali with: Take A Trance On Me. After amazing audiences for years with the groundbreaking Strictly Come Trancing, Edinburgh Fringe’s first and best hypnotist returns previewing a brand new hypnotic experience. Take A Trance On Me invites audience volunteers to be hypnotised live on stage before re-enacting a range of hilarious hypnotic sketches inspired by the madcap world of London. From street performance in Covent Garden to customs at Gatwick Airport, visits to the haunted London Dungeons and our very own unforgettable London’s Got Talent, Take A Trance On Me is a game-changing show where the audience is the star.
